I was ready for SOME COLOR!!!

O.K. friends, did you all think I had forgot about you again? Well, I haven't - I jus' got into a project and I'm still not done but we are getting there. I took a notion the other day and decided I need some COLOR in my kitchen. I wanted a happy space and not that I didn't like it before but it was jus' a bit to "calm" for me. Well, I have to admit - I was a tad shocked when the first roll went on the wall but it is growing on me and besides - it makes me happy!!

So here are jus' a couple of pics - I'll share them all when I get them done.

This is above my stove - what do you think about my lime green?????

And this one is of the top of my frig - I suppose I missed my red and lime green from my Christmas tree so much that I just thought I had to have it everyday!!!

I'll share more with ya next time - I'm off to make a coconut pie that my friend, Tina, over at Cherry Hill Cottage, posted on. I hope mine turns out looking half as pretty as hers does.

Everybody have a blessed day! Just sending you a lil' sunshine!
Cathy

I can't wait until this spring because I am painting my entire house (well the living room and kitchen) green! Love the color Cathy!

I love it! Very cheerful and so fresh! Love the reds with it! It might even make me want to spend time in my kitchen. I had a color similar in my kitchen dinning area a few colors back. A few years ago I was changing color so often. I have had the same color for four years now, maybe it is time for change. My mind says yes, my body (up and down a ladder) says no.
Waiting for more pics!

Hi Cathy, sorry, but the Green Sleeves won't fit a sippy cup because they are tapered to fit a take out cup. We've tried them on a pop can and they slid right off. And it's funny that you asked about them, I'm working on an order of them tonight!
Have a great night!

Love the color combo. Had a bedroom in that color..loved it. Could change accent colors at a whim..hot pink, orange, red, yellow, had it for a few years. My kitchen is red and white with accents of green and black. You'll love the versatility.

I looovvveee it! Looks beautiful, nice and cheery! Thank you for letting me know about the letters. I had done some that I got at a wood store, but they are just so bulky. The letters you did are the perfect size! Can't wait to see the rest of the room!! Have a great day, and send some coconut pie my way!
